By booking a tour with Snapshot Vineyard Tours ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your tour booking. This deposit is used to secure your wine tastings, photography services, and other tour-related expenses.
Full payment is required before the start of the tour, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in our sole discretion.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms wine tastings and other tour services on your behalf. In some cases, this may include non-refundable fees charged by third-party providers.
Cancellations by You
More than 48 hours’ notice
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus any non-refundable costs we have already incurred (e.g., prepaid wine tastings or venue fees). A breakdown of any such costs will be provided upon request.Within 48 hours of the tour
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable, as bookings will have already been finalized with third parties.No-shows
Failure to arrive for your tour without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and is non-refundable.
Cancellations by Us
If we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, vineyard closures, or safety concerns), we will offer you the choice of:
Rescheduling your tour to a later available date, or
A full refund of your deposit, including any prepaid fees.
Late Arrivals
We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to continue with the tour; however, please note that the tour will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect venue bookings and other guests. This may result in less time at one or more vineyards. Exceptions may be made in the case of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, flight issues), at our discretion.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, health-related emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a refund where feasible.

3. Health & Safety
All participants must be 18 years or older and must present valid photo identification proving their age.
You are responsible for your behavior during the tour. We reserve the right to remove any participant who acts in an unsafe or disruptive manner, and no refund will be given in such cases.
Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear intoxicated.
4. Transportation
You are responsible for being on time for the tour. If you are late, the tour may need to be shortened to accommodate the scheduled stops.
We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings during transportation.
5. Tour Itinerary
The itinerary may be subject to change due to weather conditions, venue availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to maintain the quality and enjoyment of the tour in these cases.
6. Wine tasting locations and photography stops are subject to availability and may be substituted with equivalent experiences.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage to property that may occur during the tour.
We are not liable for any losses, delays, or cancellations caused by external factors such as weather, traffic, or force majeure events.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number) to provide you with tour-related services. This information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
9. Force Majeure
In the event that a tour must be canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we will offer rescheduling or a refund based on the situation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Consent to Photography (This only applies if you are booking a tour that incorporates the photography package)
12. During your tour, we may offer professional portrait photography as part of the experience. By participating in this tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
