  • Full day tours

    Duration:7hrs 30mins - 8 hours, depending on pick-up location.

    Half day tours are 4 hrs.

    Morning vineyard tour 9:45am - 1:45pm

    Afternoon vineyard tour 2pm - 5:45pm

  • Pick up drop off from your accommodation, Pokolbin, Cessnock, Newcastle, Branxton, Greta & Central Coast (contact me regarding other pickup locations outside of these areas)

  • From Newcastle, Maitland & Central Coast areas: 9:30 AM

    From Pokolbin/Cessnock areas: 10 AM

    • including USB charging and bottled water onboard

    • Pick-up and drop-off from your accommodation

    • Itineraries that include portrait photos are included in the price

  • Lunch is not included, this will be at your own expense.

  • Each of these specific tours came with a photography package. Depending on the package you choose will determine which photo package you receive.

    The photos i provide to you will be yours to keep with no additional fees.

    Deposits

    A deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms wine tastings and other tour services on your behalf. In some cases, this may include non-refundable fees charged by third-party providers.

    Cancellations by You

    More than 48 hours’ notice

    If you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled tour, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit, minus any non-refundable costs we have already incurred (e.g., prepaid wine tastings or venue fees). A breakdown of any such costs will be provided upon request.

    Within 48 hours of the tour

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable, as bookings will have already been finalized with third parties.

    No-shows

    Failure to arrive for your tour without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and is non-refundable.

    Cancellations by Us

    If we need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, vineyard closures, or safety concerns), we will offer you the choice of:

    Rescheduling your tour to a later available date, or

    A full refund of your deposit, including any prepaid fees.

    Late Arrivals

    We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, we will do our best to continue with the tour; however, please note that the tour will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect venue bookings and other guests. This may result in less time at one or more vineyards. Exceptions may be made in the case of uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic delays, flight issues), at our discretion.

    Force Majeure

    We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, health-related emergencies, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a refund where feasible.

    All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or confirmed by phone, and are subject to the timeframes outlined above.

    With any of my tours you can choose your own vineyards you would like to visit, this will need to be communicated at the time of booking.
